FundedGuard™ helps you monitor risk and rules — it does not trade for you or make decisions on your behalf.

AI insights are informational and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

You should verify all data, calculations, and recommendations independently before making trading decisions.

FundedGuard™ provides risk monitoring and educational guidance. It does not execute or block trades at the broker level.

Trading stocks, options, futures, and forex involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

·Platform features, integrations, or data feeds will function without errors
·AI-generated insights will be reliable or suitable for your situation
·Use of the platform will result in evaluations, funded accounts, or profitability

You Remain Responsible For:

·All trading decisions and their outcomes.
·Understanding and following your prop firm's rules
·Monitoring your own compliance and risk
·Verifying data accuracy before making decisions
·Any losses resulting from your trading activity

Limitation of Liability

FundedGuard™ is not responsible for:

·Trading losses or blown accounts (funded or live)
·Failed evaluations or lost prop firm accounts
·Missed alerts, delayed notifications, or system errors
·Errors in risk calculations or analytics
·Changes to prop firm rules or evaluation criteria
·Platform integration failures or data syncing issues
·Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.

No Affiliation

FundedGuard™ is an independent third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any proprietary trading firm, including but not limited to FTMO, Topstep, MyFundedFutures, The5%ers, FundedNext, or any other evaluation service.

Any trademarks or logos displayed are for identification purposes only and do not imply endorsement.

User Responsibilities

By using FundedGuard™, you agree to:

·Use the platform for lawful purposes only
·Provide accurate account information
·Keep your login credentials secure
·Do not share your account credentials with others
·Verify all calculations and data independently
·Understand that AI suggestions are NOT financial advice
·Accept full responsibility for your trading decisions
·Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Subscription & Billing

All purchases are final. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time to prevent future charges.

We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any reason, including but not limited to:

·Partial subscription periods
·Unused features or services
·Missed alerts or system downtime
·Account suspension or termination due to terms violations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Amendments to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of FundedGuard™ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may discontinue use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of FundedGuard™ shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

No. All purchases are final. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges and keep access through the end of your billing period.
