The app provides account tracking, alerts, and risk visibility tools. FundedGuard™ does not execute trades or provide financial advice.

FundedGuard™ provides risk monitoring and educational guidance. It does not execute or block trades at the broker level.

Data We Collect

Account Information

Trading Data

• ·Funded account details (firm name, account size, rules)

• ·Risk metrics (drawdown, daily loss, balance)
• ·Trading platform connection tokens (read-only, encrypted)

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account:

• ·Some records may be retained for legal/tax compliance (e.g., billing history)

Children's Privacy

FundedGuard™ is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
